University of Macau signed a framework agreement for jointly development of Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Zhuhai)

University of Macau and Center for Regional Oceans (CRO) are invited to be one of the co-founders of the government-run lab. University of Macau will focus on regional ocean research and technology, coastal hazard mitigation and offshore engineering. Prof GE Wei, Vice Rector (Research) of University of Macau, signed the framework agreement for jointly development of the lab as a representative. The representative of University of Macau also gave an introduction about the university and CRO, and communicated with Prof CHEN Dake, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Director of the lab, as well as other co-founders on research topics and collabrations.
