海洋環境污染分析與評估實驗室

簡介

區域海洋研究中心海洋環境污染分析與評估實驗室的主要任務是對沿海環境的污染物的濃度水平和轉化遷迻過程進行系統的化學表徵。實驗室擁有多套先進的環境分析儀器。其中包括可定量檢測揮發性相對較高的有機污染物的氣相色譜-火燄離子化監測器(GC-FID)、氣相色譜-質譜監測器(GC-MS),可以監測離子化污染物的離子色譜(IC),可以監測相對極性較高的液相色譜-紫外可見和熒光監測器(HPLC-PDA/FLD)和液相色譜-質譜監測器(LC-MS),以及可以監測金屬污染物的電感耦合等離子體質譜(ICP-MS)。另外,實驗室還配備可用於實驗室試驗和直接外場觀測大氣顆粒物和大氣揮發性有機物的飛行時間氣溶膠化學成分監測儀(ToF-ACSM),直接進樣實時分析質譜儀(DART-MS),以及質子轉移反應質譜儀(PTR-MS)。其它儀器包括石英晶體微天平(QCM)和電子順磁共振儀(EPR)能用於研究污染物在典型的沿岸環境中轉化和遷移過程中消耗和生成其它產物的過程。總體而言,該實驗室的儀器配備能爲近岸環境污染狀態和轉變,以及修複過程中的效果等研究提供充實的數據支持。

Separate various organic components in the mixture and detect them by mass spectrometry.

Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
Separate the vaporized mixtures or gases and identify unknown compounds.

Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)
Analyze almost all elements on the earth (Li-U).

Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (TOF-MS)
Investigate the dynamic chemical process between particles and surrounding gas and other particles.

Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation (QCM-D)
Detect the quality, thickness and structure changes of the molecular layer in real time, and can be used for all-round molecular adsorption and desorption, film swelling and cross-linking research.

Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR)
Study the properties of free radicals, crystal defects and new magnetic materials.
